今日（2019年3月11日）で、東日本大震災から8年という月日が経ち、2時46分には全国で黙祷が捧げられました。

震災後に緊急災害支援のために、グレースシティリリーフが立ち上がりました。その後、リリーフチームは、東北、フィリピン、熊本、広島など様々な場所へ支援に行っています。今日のブログ記事は、東北の石巻ボランティアチームとして参加したピーターさん一家の体験談です。

It’s been 8 years since the 2011 Great East Japan Earthquake. At 2:46pm today we had a minute of silence to remember the huge loss and devastation suffered.

Grace City Relief began after the devastating tsunami 8 years ago. The Grace City Disaster Relief Teams have been sent to Tohoku (North East Japan), Philippines, Kumamoto and Hiroshima since.

Today’s blog article is about Peter’s family who joined the Tohoku relief team.

石巻ボランティアの感想

「たとい、死の陰の谷を歩くことがあっても、私はわざわいを恐れません。あなたが私とともにおられますから。あなたのむちとあなたの杖、それが私の慰めです。私の敵の前で、あなたは私のために食事をととのえ、私の頭に油をそそいでくださいました。私のさかずきは、あふれています。まことに、私のいのちの日の限り、いつくしみと恵みとが、私を追って来るでしょう。私は、いつまでも、主の家に住まいましょう。」

詩篇23篇4-6章

主の家にいつまでも住む権利。しいて言えば「永住権」のことです。

私は、こう見えても日本人ではなく、永住ビザで日本に住んでいます。だいぶ前のことですが、永住権を取得した日は未だにはっきりと憶えています。なぜかというと、その日は2011年3月11日でした。その日の午後、東京入国管理局がある品川ふ頭にいました。人影が見えない倉庫とずらりとコンテナがそびえるタワーしかない品川ふ頭。午後2時46分。この日本に永住できる切符をもらって入国管理局を後にするや否や、倉庫もコンテナのタワーを含めて周りの全部が揺れ始めました。

震災直後にいわき市に物資を届け、また2011年4月と9月に石巻市の渡波地区でのボランティア活動に参加しました。しかし、先日カレンダーで確認したら、その2011年9月の震災支援活動が、自分の最後の東北のボランティア活動でした。要するに、7年間のブランク。家に小さな子供が二人いて、仕事の他に大学院で忙しかったからとはいえ、今考えたら言い訳に過ぎないように思えます。

2018年12月に友人からLINEが来ました。「息子のNNくんと一緒に石巻、行かない？」と、2週間前のボランティアイベントに私と長男NNを誘ってくれていました。検討して、ようやく次の日に返事した時、「下の子も連れていきたい」と、NNだけじゃなくて次男坊のNEもサインアップすることになりました。

自分の子供を東北に連れて行くのは初めてでした。2011年3月にNNは2歳児で、NEは生後3か月の赤ちゃんでした。大震災の体験は、彼らが物心がつく前の出来事なので今、訊かれても当然憶えていません。しかも時間軸だけではなく、地理の知識さえついていけずに、最近の各地で起こっている地震や洪水などの災害がごちゃ混ぜになっているようです。まだ小学生だから、仕方ないかもしれません。大震災のことを説明する責任を感じて、被災地に連れて行って見せるにこしたことはないと思いました。

今回のボランティアの予定は、当初、牡蠣漁を手伝う作業でしたが、急遽、当日の予定が変更して、渡波キリスト教会の方々の活動をお手伝いしたり、賛美をしたりするプログラムになりました。土曜日に賛美の練習をして、「たべらいん」という地域食堂の活動に参加した後、東北の神学生が講師となったゴスペルワークショップにも参加しました。その後、教会員の一人が大地震と津波の出来事について、皆のために詳しく説明してくださいました。NNとNEはビフォアフターの写真を見ながら初めて被災者の話を生で聞きました。

二日目、教会を掃除し、共同賛美チームで奉仕し、礼拝に参加しました。サービスが終わった後、祈りのドライブに出かけました。渡波キリスト教会の先生と一緒に大川小学校の跡地に訪ねました。津波の力で住宅地が更地に。小学校が壊滅状態の廃墟に。108名の生徒のうち、74名が命を失った、最悪の理由で有名となった小学校。この痛々しい話は何度も新聞で読みました。
しかし、跡地でこの話を現役小学生の二人に説明しようとしたら言葉に窮しました。絶対に想像を絶するとわかっていても、のんびり歩き回りながら、想像せざる得ませんでした。

ちょうど車に戻るところ、校庭の壁画を見ていました。「雨ニモマケズ、風ニモマケズ」という日本人誰もが知っている詩の冒頭がそこに書いてありました。しかし、「雨」と「風」の部分は、替わりに剥き出しにされたコンクリートになってしまいました。見たらさすがに泣けてきました。

詩の真ん中あたりの東西南北の部分を思い出しました：

東に病気のこどもあれば

行って看病してやり

西につかれた母あれば

行ってその稲の束を負い

南に死にそうな人あれば

行ってこわがらなくてもいいといい

北にけんかやそしょうがあれば

つまらないからやめろといい

津波に飲まれた子供たち、この詩の主人公のようになりたがったのでしょうか。正直なところ、うちの小学生の二人が詩の主人公のようになってほしいです。

色々考えながら、祈りのドライブをしていたメンバーと一緒に小学校の前で円になって祈りました。その時の祈りの中、「今の石巻の教会の数は震災当時に比べて倍以上に増えた」と聞こえました。その感謝とともに、福音が石巻でさらに広まるようにみんなで祈りました。石巻と大川小学校跡地は破滅や死者の話だけではなく、復興とリバイバルの話もありました。NNとNEがその祈りに参加できてよかったと思います。

最後に病院で余命宣告された教会の年配の方に見舞いして、病室で祈りました。教会で鍋を食べました。皆でプレイズソングをたくさん歌いました。クリスチャンの兄弟姉妹が聖書を読んだり、賛美をしたり、祈ったりする行動はこの年頃の子にみせる機会が与えられて感謝しております。私は7年間のブランクの後、グレースシティと渡波の絆を強めるためのイベントに参加してよかったと思います。

Dwelling in the house of the Lord forever. A “permanent residence”, if you will.

I, believe it or not, am not Japanese, and live here on a permanent residency visa. Many years have gone by, but I still remember vividly the day I got my permanent residency. That is, you see, because the day was March 11th, 2011. That afternoon, I had gone to Shinagawa Futo, where the Tokyo Immigration Bureau is located. If you’ve never been, Shinagawa Futo is a desolate place, with nothing but warehouses and containers stacked to the sky. And at 2:46pm, just moments after I had my ticket to dwell in the house of Japan forever, everything—the warehouses and the towers of containers—began to shake.

Immediately after the disaster, I went to Iwaki to deliver food and supplies, and in April and September I participated in volunteer trips to the Watanoha section of Ishinomaki (Miyagi Prefecture). That said—and I just checked this in my calendar—my trip in September 2011 was the last time I was up in Tohoku. That’s a blank of more than seven years. Of course, I had two small children, and in addition to working full-time I was going to graduate school… but when I think about it now, these are little more than excuses.

So, it was a nice surprise in December when I got a text from Satoshi Fukuda. “How about going to Ishinomaki with Nuno?” was the extent of his invitation for me and my oldest son to participate in January’s volunteer event. My response was “I want to bring Noé as well”After having thought about it, I decided I wanted to take my second son along for the ride as well.

This was going to be the first time taking any of my kids to Tohoku. In March of 2011, Nuno was two, and Noé was just three months old. The disaster occurred further back than they can remember, and so even if I ask Nuno, he has nothing to say about it. On top of having no temporal context, neither of them has enough geographic knowledge to know where the earthquake and tsunami occurred, mixing it up with the various other earthquakes and floods that have occurred since then. They’re still elementary school students, so I probably shouldn’t expect much. Nevertheless, I felt it about time to explain this particular disaster to them and thought there was no better way to do that then take them to see the affected region with their own eyes.

This volunteer trip was originally centred on helping out the local oystermen, but the agenda was changed so that we’d be supporting the staff at Watanoha Christ Church, helping them with the worship and other parts of their weekend program. On Saturday we rehearsed praise songs, and then participating in their local meal service (“Tabe-line”); after cleaning up we took part in a gospel workshop led by one of the students from the local seminary. Later in the afternoon, one of the church members explained to all of us the details of what happened on the day of the earthquake. Looking at several before/after aerial photos, this was probably the first time that Nuno or Noé had heard a first-hand account of what unfolded on that day.

On the second day, we woke up and cleaned the church, and after leading the congregation in praise songs we participated in Sunday service. When service was finished, we set out on a “prayer drive”, led by Watanoha Christ Church’s pastor. The first stop on the prayer drive was the site of Okawa Elementary School. What had been a residential area around the school was now just vacant parcels of land. What was once a school was now a decaying ruin. Of the 108 students, 74 lost their lives, making this school famous for the most terrible reason. I still remember the many articles in the newspaper, some of them very difficult to get through.

I knew the story well, but now that I was at “ground zero” I found myself unable to explain what had happened to my two elementary school aged boys. As I slowly paced the grounds, I knew the actual events were unimaginable, but found myself imagining them anyways. Just as everyone headed back to the cars, I spotted a mural. Ame ni mo makezu, Kaze ni mo makezu (“Not losing to the rain / Not losing to the wind”) In large white letters were the opening to a poem every Japanese knows, except the kanji for “rain” and “wind” were missing. The wall had been torn away in that spot, with nothing but the bare concrete left to show. When I saw this, tears began to well up, and I thought of the North/South/East/West part in the middle of the poem:

if there is a sick child to the east

going and nursing over them

if there is a tired mother to the west

going and shouldering her sheaf of rice

if there is someone near death to the south

going and saying there’s no need to be afraid

if there is a quarrel or a lawsuit to the north

telling them to leave off with such waste

I wondered if all those kids who were swallowed up by the tsunami wanted to be like the person in the poem. And honestly, I wish that my own kids could somehow turn out like the person in the poem.

Thinking of all these things, I joined the others in front of the school, and we formed a circle to pray. In that prayer, I remember hearing someone say that Ishinomaki now has over twice as many churches as it had at the time of the disaster, and after giving thanks for that we all prayed that the gospel could continue to reach those in Ishinomaki. The Ishinomaki story I knew—of death and destruction—was not the whole story. There was another story, one of restoration and revival, and I was glad that Nuno and Noé were part of that prayer.

After that, we stopped to pray at the hospital room of one of the older church members who had been told by doctors he didn’t have long to live. We ate hotpot back at the church. We all sang praise songs into the night.

These were great experiences, and I feel truly blessed for the opportunity to spend the weekend reading the Bible, singing hymns, and praying with Christian brothers and sisters. I’m also very happy that Nuno andNoé got to witness it all. After a seven-year hiatus, it was wonderful to participate in an event like this that strengthens the bonds between Grace City Church Tokyo and Ishinomaki.

最近、グレースシティチャーチでは「心と宝のレポート」というものが月に一度、発表されています。それが何かという事を知っておられる方も、知らない方もいらっしゃるかと思います。一言でいいますと、いわゆる”会計報告”です。

なぜ、会計報告を「心と宝のレポート」と呼ぶことにしたのでしょうか？会計担当のアンディ・ユーさんが分かち合ってくださった内容を、ダイジェスト版で紹介させて頂きます。とても興味深い内容が語られていますので、ぜひお楽しみください。

教会の経済状況に対して、神の家族である私たち皆が一緒に責任を負っていく必要があります。そのためには、会計が透明性を保ち、説明責任を果たす必要があります。

2018年4月から「心と宝レポート」という、「あなたの宝のあるところに、あなたの心もあるからです。」というマタイ6章21節の御言葉から、毎月グレースシティチャーチ東京の会計報告をしていきたいと思っています。

この会計報告のテーマは「心と宝」であり、それはマタイ6章19節〜21節から来ています。

自分の宝を地上にたくわえるのはやめなさい。そこでは虫とさびで、きず物になり、また盗人が穴をあけて盗みます。自分の宝は、天にたくわえなさい。そこでは、虫もさびもつかず、盗人が穴をあけて盗むこともありません。あなたの宝のあるところに、あなたの心もあるからです。マタイの福音書6章19〜21節

私たちが何にお金を使うかというのは、実はとても重要なことです。なぜなら、私たちがお金を使う所には、あなたの心の中にあるものを大きく反映しているからです。たとえば、ある人の銀行口座を見ると、この人がどのような心を持っているかという事を、何にお金を使っているかによって知ることができます。イエスは、あなたの宝物やお金を一時的なものではなく永遠のものに投資することについて教えています。グレースシティチャーチのビジョンは、東京で福音を宣言し、福音を満たすことです。福音はあなたの人生にとって最も重要なお知らせであり、ニュースです。このニュースは、私たちの罪が赦されて、キリストによって永遠の命を得ることができるというものです。

私たちはイエスの命という素晴らしい宝物を持っています。その様な素晴らしい良い知らせを伝えるのと同時に私たちは、最終的に捨てる事となる物にお金を費やす傾向があります。最終的に捨てられるものを買いたいと思うのはなぜだと思いますか？ローマ10章17節によれば、信仰は聞くことから始まり、福音を聞くためには誰かが福音を語って伝える必要があるとあります。グレースシティーに皆さんがお金を投資することは、東京全体にイエスの良い知らせを宣言して、満たしていく事に繋がると望みつつ、確信しています。

このように労苦して弱い者を助けなければならないこと、また、主イエスご自身が、『受けるよりも与えるほうが幸いである。』と言われたみことばを思い出すべきことを、私は、万事につけ、あなたがたに示して来たのです。」使徒の働き20章35節

この個所から、神様は気前よく与える心について教えています。私たちは与えるよりも受け取る方が良いという価値観の社会の中で生活しているので、違和感があるかもしれません。幸せな人たちはお金、不動産、その他の財産のような所有物を沢山持っていると思っています。それでは、なぜ聖書は反対のことを教えているのでしょうか？

人がなぜ落ち込むかという心理学の研究のイメージがありますが、最近は、人が幸せになる理由を研究するポジティブな心理学と呼ばれるものがあります。意外にも、人が幸せになる理由の1つは気前のよさです。与えている人は研究によって与えない人よりも幸せだという結果が出ています。私たちの脳には食べ物とセックスに「喜び」を感じる反応を示す部分があるそうです。研究者は、人が与えるとき、脳内の同じ「喜び」の部分が反応することを発見しました。神は、私たちがお互いに与え合うようにと、生物学的にデザインしたようです。本当に、受け取るよりも与えるほうが本当に良いという事を、2000年前にイエス様が言われました！天才ですね！みなさんも与えたときに、暖かい感覚を得ることができるか試してみてください。今月、他に与えることを試してみて、何が起こるかをぜひ見てください。

みなさんは、「私にはお金はない」と考えるかもしれません。気前がよいという事は、お金を与える事を意味するだけでなく、時間、持っているもの、他にも何か与えることができるものがあれば、それらを与えることです。たとえば、チャリティエイド基金という団体が発表した世界で最も気前の良い国のランキングでは、最も寛大な国はミャンマーです！ミャンマーは経済的に豊かな国ではありませんが、文化的に非常に気前が良い国だそうです。残念ながら、日本は経済的に豊かな国ですが、世界で114位です。気前が良いというのは心の問題です。

どうすれば気前の良い心を持つことができるでしょうか？私たちは、自己中心な人間なので、これは非常に難しい事です。私のアドバイスは、地球上で最も気前よく自分の人生を捧げたであろうイエスを見ることです。私たちの所得の十分の一を捧げる、もしくは収入の10％を教会に献金するといいます。しかし、イエス様は私たちに100％を与えました。聖書は犠牲的な愛について教えています。つまり、他者の利益のために何かを失うことです。犠牲の例でいうと、電車で高齢者に席を譲ることを考えてみてください。自分の座席を失い、高齢者は座席を得ます。イエスが自分の人生を失うことによって、私たちは永遠の命を得ることができました。最も気前のよいイエスの心によってです。単純に気前よくなるための努力をすることはできませんが、もっと深くイエスを知るようになる事が気前よく変えられる事につながります。イエスは私たちの心に触れて、変えてくださいます。

The theme of this report is “Heart and Treasure”, and it comes from Matthew 6:19-21.

“Do not store up for yourselves treasures on earth, where moths and vermin destroy, and where thieves break in and steal. But store up for yourselves treasures in heaven, where moths and vermin do not destroy, and where thieves do not break in and steal. For where your treasure is, there your heart will be also. Matthew 6:19-21

How we spend money is very important because the way we spend money is a reflection of what is in your heart. For example, if you look at someone’s bank statement, you can see what kind of heart this person has by what this person is spending on. Jesus is teaching about investing your treasure or your money in eternal things, instead of temporary things. At Grace City Church, our vision is to proclaim the Gospel to Tokyo. The Gospel is the most important news of your life. The news is about the forgiveness of our sins so that we may have eternal life in Christ.

We have a wonderful treasure in Jesus and spreading His good news, but we tend to spend it on things that we eventually throw away. Why do we want to buy things that we end up throwing away anyways? According to Romans 10:17, faith comes by hearing, and in order to hear the Gospel, someone must tell the Gospel. By investing your money into Grace City, we hope to use your money to spread this good news of Jesus all over Tokyo so that many can hear about the good news.

Remember the words of the Lord Jesus, how he himself said, ‘It is more blessed to give than to receive.’” Acts 20:35

From this passage, God is teaching us about generosity. This is a bit strange in our culture because we understand that is better to receive than to give. We think that happy people are ones who receive a lot like money, real estate property, and other possessions. So why does the bible teach us the opposite?

The image of psychology is the study of why people are depressed. However, recently, there is something called positive psychology, which is the study of why people are happy. Surprisingly, one of the reasons why people are happy is generosity. People who give are happier than those who do not give according to research. There is a pleasure area in our brain where food and sex respond. Researchers find that the same pleasure area in the brain responds when people give. God designed in our biology to give to each other. It is truly better to give than to receive and Jesus said this 2,000 years ago! What a genius! There is very warm feeling you get when you give so as an experiment, try to give to others this month and see what happens.

You may think, “I don’t have any money”. Generosity does not only mean giving money, but you can give your time, resources, and many others. For example, there is a ranking of the most generous countries in the world released by the Charities Aid Foundation, and the number 1 most generous country is Myanmar! Myanmar is not an economically rich country, but their culture is very generous. Unfortunately, Japan ranks number 114 although Japan is an economically rich country. Generosity is about the heart.

How can we be generous? This is very hard as we are selfish humans. My only answer is to look to Jesus, who is the most generous person to live on the earth. We say to tithe your income. Or give 10%. However, Jesus gave 100% or his whole life to us. The bible talks about sacrificial love, meaning losing something for the gain of others. An example of sacrifice is losing your seat for an older person at the train. You lose your seat, and the older person gains a seat. Jesus lost his life so we can have eternal life, and that is the most generous heart. We can’t simply try hard to be generous, but we can become generous as we get to know Jesus deeper. He will change our hearts.

HOPE – お弁当プロジェクト

HOPEミニストリーの中のお弁当プロジェクトに参加しています、みねです。

お弁当プロジェクトでは、皇居外苑にいるホームレスの方にお弁当を差し入れしています。

現在は、お弁当と飲み物を60セットと、いくつかの日用品を用意して皇居外苑周辺を歩いて回っています。差し入れするだけの時もあれば、話を聞いたり、芝生に座って一緒にお弁当を食べたりする時もあります。最近は、お名前を教えていただくことが増えてきて、お名前を呼んで挨拶できるのが嬉しいです。

お弁当プロジェクトが始まったきっかけ

お弁当プロジェクトがスタートしたきっかけは、教会のイベントで東京駅周辺を歩いて東京のために祈るPrayer Walk（プレイヤーウォーク : 祈りの遠足）でホームレスの方の存在に気づいたことだそうです。

お弁当プロジェクトの目的 – 隣人を愛して、必要に応える

お弁当プロジェクトの目的は「隣人を愛して必要に応える」ということで、イエス様の性質が表されることです。イエス様は人との対話を通じ、それぞれの人の状況に応じて必要なことをご存知です。お弁当をもって話をしに出かけます。

あなたがたのうちのだれかが、その人たちに、「安心して行きなさい。温まりなさい。満腹になるまで食べなさい」と言っても、からだに必要な物を与えなければ、何の役に立つでしょう。

ヤコブの手紙２章１６節

お弁当プロジェクトはどのように準備しているの？

私がお弁当プロジェクトに参加し始めたのは、2011年の大震災後からです。最初は月1回のプロジェクトでしたが、2014年から月2回になりました。

お弁当ってどうやって準備しているのかという事を時々質問されます。お弁当プロジェクト全体の準備についてご紹介したいと思います。思い浮かぶ言葉は、ヒト、モノ、話題、天気、お金です。

人 – ヒト

お弁当を必要としている方が何人いるのか、お弁当を渡すのを手伝って下さるボランティアが何人いるのか、当日に行ってみないとわかりません。参加するたびにドキドキしますが、教会に行くときの気持ちに近いかなと思います。何度もボランティアをして下さっている方々とは事前に連絡を取り合える環境に感謝し、神様に祈ってさらにどんな賜物をもった人を送って下さるのかに期待します。

物 – モノ : お弁当・飲み物・日用品の調達、それらをどのようにして集合場所まで運ぶか？

お弁当・飲み物・日用品の調達、それらをどのようにして集合場所まで運んでいるか？正直、これにはリーダー達がかなりの時間と労力をかけて取り組んでいます。私個人は、神様に知恵を求めながら、リーダー達やボランティアの方々と段取りを工夫して実践していくことに面白さを感じます。東京の便利さを思うのもこの時です。これまでに、集合場所までお弁当を配達してくれるお弁当屋さんがあるとか、コンビニで飲み物を予約できることなどの知恵が与えられました。

2016年に、セカンドハーベスト・ジャパンとつながる事ができ、お弁当をご提供いただけるようになりました。

セカンドハーベスト・ジャパンへお弁当を受け取りに行き、飲み物と一緒に袋に詰めます。(写真上) 飲み物を電車やタクシーで運んだり、インターネット通販を利用したりとこれまで様々な工夫をしながら変遷してきました。

日用品は献品いただいたり、献金で購入したりしています。一人が預かると一度に運びこめないなど、必要に応じて集合場所に運ぶための課題があり、毎回、知恵と工夫を祈り求めています。

話題

ホームレスの方々と話しをしているうちに、困っていて解決したいことなどを耳にするときがあり「今度○○さんに会ったら、助けになる情報提供をしたい」と思うことが多くあります。たとえば、体調が悪いときに病院に行く方法や生活保護を受ける方法などです。

認定NPO法人ビッグイシュー基金が編集・事務局をしている路上脱出ガイドの存在を知ってからは、必要に応じて渡したりしていますが、自分でも読むと勉強になります。路上脱出ガイドに出ている様々なNPO法人のセミナーがあれば私自身も参加し、お弁当プロジェクトの他のリーダー達やボランティアの方々と情報共有をしています。

より多くの人が神様の愛を知り、福音が伝わる様にと祈りながら、時には、聖書の御言葉や、教会の礼拝の日程案内を印刷して持っていきます。ボランティアの方も時々自主的にその様な資料を持ってきてくださいます。

天気

天気の準備（?）というとおかしいですかね。雨でもお弁当プロジェクトは開催しますが、お弁当を配布する側も、受け取る側も大変です。お弁当プロジェクトの日が近づいてくると、天気予報をこまめに見ては、神様に祈りながら、お天気のことを相談しています。

お金

教会の献金の予算内におさまるよう、やりくりをして月単位で管理しています。お弁当を無償でご提供いただけるので、日用品を買う事ができるようになってきました。日用品を下調べして、違う日に買いにいくと安くなっているという経験もあり、神様の恵みを感じます。

できるだけ多くの方の必要に応えるために、衣類についてはできるだけ献品をお願いしています。靴下や靴などは、3ヶ月ほどで使い切ってしまうため、需要が高い日用品です。

お弁当プロジェクトに参加しながら、私が感じている事は、ヒトからヒトへモノを渡すだけの一方通行ではないということです。励まそうとして、逆に励まされます。準備が不十分でがっかりさせてしまったときは、神様の前で、みな罪人である事を再認識します。お弁当プロジェクトへの参加がきっかけの一つとなり、進むべき道を見つけたボランティアの方々もいます。会社と家の往復だけで、それまでは近所づきあいをしていなかった私が、日常的に「○○さんはお元気かな?」とホームレスの方々を思いめぐらすようになりました。

何年後かにこの活動がどうなっているとよいか、リーダー達と話し合うことがあります。

キーワードとして、カフェ、シェルター、聖書の学び、礼拝などが登場します。

これからも、様々な教会とつながりながら運営していけるようにと願いつつ、神様がどのように働いてくださるのか、期待しながら祈っています。

お弁当プロジェクトの開催日と継続的な必要

お弁当プロジェクトは毎月第一、第三土曜日に開催しています。

ボランティアとして参加して頂く場合は12時5分に丸ビル1F丸キューブに集合しています。お気軽にご参加ください。1回だけだと、よくわからないうちに終わってしまうかもしれませんが、3回もしくは、月1回のペースで行ってみるなど、継続的に参加していただくと、お弁当プロジェクトの意義を体験できるかもしれません。

お弁当プロジェクトのリーダーを募集しています。今、現在、お弁当プロジェクトのリーダーは2名だけですので、足りない状況です。ぜひ、お祈りください。
